Work that finds you. Income that grows with you.
Delivery is the largest door into work in Jordan. Diken has spent a decade making that door wider.
Social responsibility, as firsts.

Captains with disabilities
Diken was the first company in Jordan to onboard riders with disabilities. With Talabat's support it introduced special working conditions: routes, hours and equipment adapted so the work is safe and the income steady.

Women captains
First to onboard female riders in Jordan's delivery sector, with the same pay and the same support, and working conditions developed with Talabat.

Zero down payment, zero interest
With Microfund for Women, a financing product for people who have no vehicle and no job. The motorcycle is financed at zero down payment and zero interest, and the job starts the same week.

Social security for full-time captains
Delivery becomes a job with a record. Captains who want full-time income are registered for social security.
A fleet for people without one
Diken bought and operates 80 vehicles so that not owning a motorcycle is no longer a reason to stay out of work.
Green energy, on the road.
Through Areena, Diken brought the first electric scooter with battery swapping to Jordan, with a Talabat-sponsored incentive for captains who switch. Swapping removes the two reasons riders resisted electric: range and waiting.
