The fleet behind the apps Jordan orders from.
Since 2009, Diken has built and run the captain network that delivers for Talabat, Careem, HungerStation and noon. Today it moves 20,000 orders a day in three cities.
Three countries, one standard.
Jordan is home, with five branches. Riyadh and Dubai run on the same onboarding, the same safety rules and the same cash discipline.
Jordan
Head office and the largest captain base. Branches in Abu Alanda, Wadi Saqra and Shafa Badran in Amman, plus Irbid and Zarqa. The owned fleet and the swap scooters run from here.

Why we own 80 vehicles.
Most fleets rent capacity from whoever has a motorcycle. Diken bought and operates 80 of its own so that service to the client does not depend on who turned up, and so that someone with no vehicle can still make delivery a full-time job.
Cash is the other discipline. Over JOD 30 million a year is collected on delivery, reconciled daily with the help of the operations agent described on the Technology page.
Talabat, Careem, HungerStation, noon
Each platform gets a dedicated captain pool, a co-branded uniform and a single Diken contact.
